While the pleasure boat industry seems to be down, the commercial side of our business is booming!
We are still working through plenty of pleasure jobs, mainly repowers and trouble shooting. We are consulting on two of Sydney’s largest superyachts that have some exhaust issues through to a job for Sydney Tafe for a static pair of V8′s in their workshop.
On the commercial front we have some in line mufflers for a pair of 8V92′s in a Qld Pilot Vessel getting a new lease of life, a VMR Noosa Cat being fitted with a pair of 350 HP Yanmars, a VMR Vessel for Coffs Harbour fitted with a pair of 440 HP Yanmars and some Doen Jets. A Pilot Vessel fitted with 300 HP Yanmars is underway in Qld for Weipa Pilots.
Our good friend Mike at Jet Boat Extreme on the Gold Coast has just dropped another Yanmar into one of his vessels, while another Qld client has refitted a 45 ft catamaran putting our system in to quieten down a big pair of Volvo’s. A large project in SA has just been sea trialled, a pair of 700 HP Yanmars with Jets, the exhaust system performed perfectly.
We are designing more and more specialized exhaust systems… super tweeked to perform at absolute optimum. The builders are demanding better products… and at Foreshore Marine Exhaust P/L, we are happy to deliver.
